2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that informant alleged that on 26.04.2025 at 04:00 P.M., her husband had gone with petitioner. At around 9:00 P.M., maternal uncle of the informant informed his father over phone that accused persons including this petitioner had brutally assaulted her husband in his presence. Then informant along with villagers and relatives went for search of her husband and found his dead body lying on the east side of the road at Dhobighat Makiya Crematorium.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74980 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail petition and submitted that the petitioner is a named accused in the FIR. There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he along with other accused persons has committed the murder of the husband of the informant.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
