The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 registered under Sections 30, 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovered material does not belong to the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34388 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
