Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a)36 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle in question from which the alleged recovery has been made. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
