Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506, 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that these petitioners abused and assaulted the informant and also took away 50 thousand cash from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and petitioners are neighbours and due to dispute of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1651 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 pathway a quarrel took place between the parties. Taking advantage of the situation this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Court of JM Bettiah in connection with Gaunaha P.S.
