The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Allouli P.S. Case No.195 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 337, 338, 379 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant made allegation against Triveni Pandit that he assaulted him with butt of pistol on his head. The informant got one superficial injury. Other accused persons are alleged to have pelted stones but the informant got only one injury that too superficial in nature. Other accused persons have also got simple injury. On account of land dispute, the occurrence took place.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34520 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 There is compromise between the parties and now good sense prevails between the parties.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No.195 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
