2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Barun P.S. Case No. 310 of 2024 registered under Section 96 of the BNSS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant went to her college, but did not return. The informant got information that his daughter used to talk to co-accused Lokan Kumar and Anup Kumar. He expressed his apprehension that both coaccused persons had kidnapped his daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-

It has further been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and the case of petitioners is on better footing than those of Anup Kumar and Sohrab Khan, who have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66713 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 73842 of 2024. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 310 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
