2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3069 of 2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 379, 420, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Prosecution story in brief is that, there is a land dispute between both the parties and for that reason petitioner and others have assaulted the informant side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has four criminal antecedents. He also submits that

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order, it appears that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents which shows that he is of criminal nature and is habitual offender. Allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, materials available on record and submissions of learned counsel for the parties I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
