The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of Arms Act. Informant is a police officer, who in his self statement has stated that he was on patrolling duty at 6.00 PM he received a secret information that in a under construction house 5-6 criminals have assembled to loot the vehicle and when police reached there accused persons fled away but two of them were apprehended and from the possession of petitioner Dilip Kumar one live cartridge has been recovered.

It has been further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S.
