2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.07.2024, seeks bail in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 347/2023, registered for offence under Sections 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted with scissors on left hand of informant's father and thereafter, inserted pen in his stomach, as a result of which, during course of treatment he died.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
