This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No.03 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act..

There is recovery of 102.210 kg. of Ganja from the Car, kept in the back seat and the dickey of the Car and the petitioner was arrested from there.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is driver of the car and nothing to do with the seized articles. He is in custody for more than one year. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of huge
