2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.461 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, the present bail application is dismissed.

4. The learned trial court is made cautious of the tactical steps of the petitioner and do not make delay in concluding the trial under the influence of such tactical steps of the petitioner.
