Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.100 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 295(A), 188, 120(B), 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 332, 333, 353, 153-A, 295A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that large number of persons have been made accused in case of communal riot including the petitioner, however, there is no specific overt act against him and also bears no criminal antecedent except cases lodged in the present context. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.35673 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Sujeet Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.100 of 2018.
