Claim of the petitioner for appointment as Anganbari Sevika as per submission of counsel for the petitioner has been made by application dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure 1). Prior to the said application, it is submitted that the petitioner was discharging her duty as Sevika for the center in question namely, Center no. 276 at Longai Ramjanipur ward no.10 in the district of Bhagalpur.

No case has been made out by the petitioner that she has in any way been discriminated against, or that there is any illegality in the process of selection.

This court would thus observe that the petitioner's claim is yet to be considered and therefore as of now, no direction is required to be issued.

Writ application stands disposed of.
