The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concerned with the alleged materials.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
