2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahera P.S. Case No. 392 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Benipur, Darbhanga.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
