Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 3079 of 2018 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 75 liters of liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than two and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37618 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 3079/2018 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018.
