2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, it is a case of assault upon the mother of the informant by means of kicks, fist and slaps by the accused persons and also snatched a silver chain from her neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 14.08.2023 and there is no specific allegation

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case no. 124 of 2023.
