Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1597 of 2023(4) dt.03-05-2023 2/3 with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 311 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,353 and 307 the Indian Penal Code As per the prosecution case, the police personnel got secret information that consignment of illicit liquor was arrived at the house of Punjabi Rai. The police raided the house then all the accused persons including the petitioners and 20-25 unknown persons attacked on the police party and tried to snatched the rifle and cartridge.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific over act has been attributed against the petitioners and there are general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. No one sustained injury in the present case. It is submitted that petitioners have clean antecedents as stated in para-3 of this application. Considering this fact that there is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioners as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
