Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners. Perused the injury report. Petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2018.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37458 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Gogri Police Station Case No.175 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
