2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay arrear of differences of salary for the post of reader with effect from 1.2.1985 to 7.5.2002 and differences of arrear of salary for the post of professor with effect from 5.6.1991 upto 15.8.2013 as well as all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17200 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation dated 20.2.2024 (annexure 4) before respondent no.3 but till date no final order has been passed. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to dispose of the aforesaid case.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent no.3 dispose of petitioner's representation dated 20.2.2024 by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
