The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 94/2021 dated 24.12.2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Barh.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75327 of 2022(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
