JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier the petitioners were granted the privilege of pre arrest bail vide order dated 19.04.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. 23267 of 2018 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 429 of 2015, however, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as the petitioners were working in Gujarat, they could not surrender within the time prescribed by this court and, therefore, prayed that he may be allowed further time to surrender before the court below.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order rather petitioners are directed to surrender within a period of three weeks from today and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below after considering the fact that petitioner was earlier granted the privilege of pre arrest bail, shall pass an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37743 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 appropriate order, if possible on same day.
