Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.90 of 2018 registered under Sections 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. indicates that she married voluntarily with one Sonu Kumar and not with the petitioner, however the allegation is that she is minor but she has stated her age 18 years and no radiological examination was held for ascertaining her age. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ravi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36284 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.90 of 2018.
