In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 162 of 2022, registered for the offenses punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is under custody for 11 months for the allegation that a country-made loaded pistol and a revolver were recovered from his possession. The learned counsel has also submitted that the petitioner is not involved in another case of similar nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.3746 of 2023(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of J.M.- Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 162 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date of trial. In case of failure on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offense, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
