The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 1197 of 2019 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 44.700 litres of illicit Nepali Lichi wine from the petitioner by the Police. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.09.2019.
