JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 4.5.2018, seeks bail in Bela PS Case No. 108 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 379 and 354/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the accused persons assaulted the informant and the specific accusation against this petitioner is that he gave a knife blow to him as a result injury was caused in the finger of the left hand.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are co-villagers rather agnates and injury is not on the vital part of the body rather in the index finger.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Masum @ Masum is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sitamarhi in connection with Bela PS Case No. 108 of 2017.
