Case No. 247 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 07.09.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application.
