JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 691 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code an Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., it appears that there is recovery of one live cartridges and several other articles from the house of the petitioner by the police.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that which articles are recovered from the house of the petitioner is not the stolen articles and there is no case against him. He is in custody for more than three and half month having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.74088 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 691 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
