The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitana) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(A)(E) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner have its own milk business and he was carrying purchased buffalo. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.07.2019.
