Petitioner is accused in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018 registered under Sections 413/414 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 02.09.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 36120 of 2019 (Annexure-1) with observation that liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been framed on 30.09.2019 (Annexure-3).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70128 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-X, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018 corresponding to S. Tr. No. 556 of 2019.
