Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 562 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champarant in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 562 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
