The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 POCSO Act, 2012. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no occurrence has ever took place rather the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76412 of 2019(5) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st -cumSpecial Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019.
