JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S.Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323,325,341 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is of giving exhortation to another accused and on account of that Dina Ram who is said to have assaulted on the hand of the informant and on the head of the father of the informant.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Doma Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMVI, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018.
