2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order dated 15.02.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17667 of 2021 (Abhishek Kumar Aman and Ors. vs. State of Bihar).

3. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 6 (The District

Patna High Court CWJC No.18529 of 2023(3) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 Programme Officer (Estt.)) along with all supporting documents and a copy of order dated 01.05.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 481 of 2019 and L.P.A. No. 2185 of 2015 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 6 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
