The petitioners seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other coaccused persons assaulted the informant and his daughters by means of several weapons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. There is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80250 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 allegation against the petitioners. There is no specific overt act against the petitioners. Both the sides are agnates. The petitioner no.1 has one criminal antecedent and petitioner no.2 has no criminal antecedent and has been rotting in judicial custody since 03.08.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.10 of 2024.
