The petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is on Police Bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69835 of 2019(10) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 In view of the above, it is directed that petitioner may surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. In case, petitioner surrender and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).

With the above directions/observations, this application is disposed of.
