====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 14.5.2018, seeks bail in K. Hat (Madhubani) PS Case No. 207 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was agreement for sale between Rajiv Kumar Das, another co-accused, and the informant and not with the petitioner, only allegation against the petitioner is that he had come along with Rajiv Kumar Das and fifty-six thousand rupees was given to him only but entire amount of approximately four lakh was paid to Rajiv Kumar Das, the land owner, the petitioner is neither land owner nor received any money in course of transaction for agreement for sale and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Banti Verma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) PS Case No. 207 of 2018. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
