The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged motorcycle. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Muffasil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019.
