2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 622 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per first information report, on 25.06.2025 at about 03:20 P.M. all the petitioners arrived at the door of the informant and attacked her and when her husband came to save the informant, petitioner no.1 assaulted the informant's husband
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74587 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/3 with Grasa due to which he sustained head injury and he also assaulted the informant's son Sonu Kumar. It has further been alleged that petitioner no.1 tried to commit rape upon the informant and petitioner no. 3 snatched the golden chain from the informant's neck.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case due to the fact that the daughter of petitioner nos. 1 and 3 had gone to bring Mango from the orchard where the son of the informant Raju Kumar misbehaved with her and when she objected, the scuffles took place between both the parties for which counter case bearing Sonpur P.S. Case No. 623 of 2025 was lodged by the side of the petitioner against the informant and others. The injuries sustained by the informant and her son are simple in nature and in so far as the injury sustained by the informant's husband, which is attributable to petitioner no.1, the doctor has reserved his opinion. However, from perusal of injury, it appears that the dimension of the injury near the parietal region is 1 1⁄2" x 1⁄2 " x 1⁄2 ", which does not appear to be serious in nature.

No.74587 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 3/3 villagers, case and counter case is there, injury sustained by the other victims are simple and the doctor has reserved his opinion regarding the injury sustained by the informant's husband, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
6. Let, the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 622 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
