Petitioner is in custody in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 302 of 201 of the offence under sections 30(a), 38(i), (ii) (4) of Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case in connection with seizure of 43.5 liters of liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.5.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.5.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39565 of 2018(2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018.
