Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patori P.S.Case No.219 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.. As per FIR there is allegation against the petitioner tht he threatened the informant on the point of pistol and again there is allegation of firing against the petitioner and others but that does not hit anybody.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that from earlier a criminal case is going on between the parties and the informant lodged by the petitioner's side and just to pressurize the petitioner , the present case has been lodged but no body received injuries and after a day one cartridge was produced by the informant and others before the

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that investigation is going on ..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.219 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
