The petitioner seeks bail in Daraunda P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the police officer who in his written complaint has stated that on 07.04.2018 at about 9:00 am he received secret information that one stolen Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle has been kept in the garage and after receiving said information he reached the garage at about 10:30 am and found said motorcycle in the garage and petitioner who is a mechanic was present in the garage. He informed the police that he had been instructed by the owner that said motorcycle has been brought by one Neeraj Kumar Singh then it has to be

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has nothing to do with the seized motorcycle. He is working as mechanic in the garage on the instruction of the owner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018.
