2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 813 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As per F.I.R., Police raided the Basa in Diyara of Sugriv Yadav in which 15 litres of wine recovered in a light colored plastic jar including utensils and Gas Cylinder also recovered. On the basis of secret information, it is found that the said articles belongs to

4. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition and submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature, hence he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, the nature of offence and also petitioners indulged in the business of manufacturing liquor, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioners are hereby rejected.
