2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner is a member of a gang, who are expert is committing cyber crime. They after downloading various sale deeds of innocent people of other States, they extracted their Adhar Number and Finger prints to which they used to prepare their duplicate finger prints on rubber stamp and using the same, they used to debit the money from their accounts fraudulently. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is innocent. General and omnibus allegation has been levelled against him. No incriminating material has been recovered from his conscious possession. Name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of other apprehended accused person. Similarly situated other accused person has already been enlarged on bail by another coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 7.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36646 of 2023. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 22.2.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only)
