The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On the alleged date and time of occurrence, when the informant was going to serve tea to her father-in-law, in the meantime, the petitioners, who are wife and husband respectively, assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and thereafter, it is alleged that they snatched gold chain of informant and fled away.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is gotini of informant and petitioner no. 2 is husband of petitioner no. 1 and due to property dispute between them, a simple occurrence of scuffle took place. Petitioners have got

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S.
