The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding the police having apprehended the co-accused person and from him, one country made pistol and one life cartridge were recovered and upon interrogation, he is said to have named the petitioner as his accomplice.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been

It is further submitted that on the date of his arrest by the police in the present case, the petitioner was having a clean antecedent, however, he has been made an accused in other case, subsequently. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 26.6.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018.
