2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 66 of 2025 arising out of Pipra P. S. Case No. 214 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other accused persons committed murder of the husband of informant and one Sikandar Das by opening fire.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure-P/2 series. Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and other facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Supaul in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 214 of 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
