ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2018 in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the petitioner has been roped only on the basis of suspicion and there is no other positive material against the petitioner. It is further submitted that till date nothing has been recovered from his possession nor he has been placed on T.I. Parade.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32342 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018.
