JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pupri P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, dated 06.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the victim girl has alleged that his sister was abducted in the night, when she had gone to attend the call of nature. Later, he was informed that the petitioner and another had abducted her. The victim girl, on her recovery, has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has not alleged anything against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40041 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 the petitioner except for his having accompanied her to her maternal uncle's house. Beyond this, there is no other material to bring home the charges under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018. In the event of the victim girl not supporting the prosecution version as against the petitioner above named, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bailbond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018.
