The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 28.830 litres of illicit liquor from the cow shed of the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.09.2019.
